Beautiful old home with great flow and lighting. Bought it to rebuild, morphed into a rental, the upstairs bathroom and kitchen both need the drain replumbed. Carpet and decor could use updating of course, but you may love the ambiance it brings. It’s a lovely place that needs a good family but I moved to Texas and it needs to go.
