Vinyl siding added gutters, down spouts , fall 2022. Totally remodeled bathroom from floor up., Has new roof shingles just done August 31, 2023, has new furnace with Acore unit put in front closet,not finished install. But the floor furnace still works. Have been working on house since I bought little at a time. Also has a toilet in laundry room. New windows but 1 in laundry.
